we saw the unit 11 and 12,in the first unit saw the gerunds and infinitives, the use and the difference between gerunds and participles, for example gerunds are used as nouns (i like studing english) and participles are used as verb (i´m studying english).
The use of gerunds, for example: after prepositions (I'm interested in studying english), as subject (studying english is fun) and as objects (I like studying english).
Use gerund after certain expression, for example: there's no point.
Use gerund after verb, uses for infinitives for example: after adjectives, showing porpuse, after certain verb and after certain verbs most object.
Use too infinitive after the following verbs, after the following verbs+object.
we knew most vocabulary , and saw too colocations for example:
news/release
third/ worl country
subsistence/farming
tariff/barriers
foreign/ aid
media/coverage
developing/ countries
sweat/shops
poor working/conditions
debt/relief
in the next we saw is the modal verbs of obligation:
knew the uses and difference: for example:
must, should, have to, can, ought to.
